Premier Gateway enables UC travelers and travel coordinators to view flight availability and reserve discounted flight inventory, but the required ticketing must be coordinated through a BCD or an UC Travel Center agent.

Booking Option One: Complete agency fulfillment

Contact UC Travel Center (1-800-235-8252) or BCD (1-877-885-8632) to complete reservation and ticketing process. Agency services are available Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm PT.

Booking Option Two: Reserve flights on your own and contact agent for ticketing

• Access Connexxus Portal (connexxus.ucr.edu) or through R’Space (Travel Planning & Expense Reporting System)
• Click on Premier Gateway link and select “View International Consolidator Fares Online.”
• At Premier Gateway’s Flight Search page, enter your flight search information.
• Once a reservation has been established, Premier Gateway will send you an e-mail confirming the trip is on hold and must be ticketed by BCD or UC Travel Center within 24 hours. Note: Airfare quotes by Premier Gateway are not guaranteed until ticketed.
• Contact BCD (1-877-885-8632) or UC Travel Center (1-800-235-8252) by phone and provide the agent with the record locator number e-mailed to you by Premier Gateway. The BCD or UCTC agent will contact Premier Gateway to complete the reservation and finalize the ticketing process.  Agency services are available Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm PT.
